- higher education institution management personnel (rector, vice-rectors, head of the academic department,
- deans and heads of departments) and professors-teachers who are responsible for developing and updating qualification requirements, curricula and subject programs in this master's specialty, for the effective implementation of the educational process based on them, and who are responsible for the level of training of graduates within their competence;
- students of higher education institutions mastering the curriculum and subject programs of the master's specialty;
- State Attestation Commissions that assess the level of training of master's graduates;
- authorized state bodies for education management;
- bodies providing financing for higher education institutions;
- authorized state bodies accrediting and controlling the quality of the higher education system;
- personnel customers and employer organizations and enterprises;
- undergraduate graduates and other interested parties entering higher education institutions.
